The apartment is accessed via an external staircase. Picco 2 is ideally located between the Nürburgring and the charming town of Cochem on the Moselle—about 20 km from Cochem and 35 km from the Nürburgring. Set in a peaceful, quiet area, it offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Well-marked cycling and hiking trails nearby are ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Picco 2 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated from scratch as a personal project. Parking is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. An EV charging station is provided. The accommodation offers storage for motorcycles and bicycles. There are guidelines for correct waste separation. Convenient self-check-in is available.

There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and 2-burner stove. For families, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Parking is available directly at the house with 1 shared parking space and on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. There is a shared storage room for your bicycles and a table tennis table for communal use. Public transport is within walking distance. Next to the building, you will find a playground and a table tennis area. Every Saturday, a baker comes by and sells newspapers, fresh bread, and cakes. In the neighborhood, you can buy a box of potatoes, onions, and eggs from the farmer. The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving appliances and sustainable insulation materials. Information on waste separation is available on site to help you support recycling.
