Picco 2 is ideally situated between the Nürburgring and the charming town of Cochem on the Moselle River—approximately 20 km from Cochem and 35 km from the Nürburgring. Nestled in a peaceful and tranquil area, it offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The surrounding region features well-marked cycling and hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Our Picco 2 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated from the ground up as a personal project. While most of the property is fully updated, the balcony is currently still under construction. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste. More information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. Sustainable materials have been used in the insulation at this property. This property features a convenient self check-in system. There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and 2-burner stove. For families, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available. Parking is available directly at the house with 1 shared parking space and on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. There is a shared storage room for your bicycles and a table tennis table for communal use. Public transport is within walking distance. Next to the building, you will find a playground and a table tennis area. Every Saturday, a baker comes by and sells newspapers, fresh bread, and cakes. In the neighborhood, you can buy a box of potatoes, onions, and eggs from the farmer. The accommodation is equipped with energy- and water-saving appliances and sustainable insulation materials.
